For this recent project, we produced a series of promotional folding cartons designed for a seasonal Valentine’s Day campaign.
The goal was to create a bright, eye-catching presentation box that was easy to assemble while maintaining a clean, premium finish suitable for promotional gifting. The boxes were produced using 430 micron carton, printed full colour on one side, and finished with a matt lamination. This provides a smooth, durable surface while reducing glare and helping protect the print during handling and transport.
The carton thickness gives the structure required for retail and promotional use while still allowing the boxes to fold flat efficiently.
All boxes were supplied flat and pre-creased, allowing for quick assembly during packing while minimising storage space prior to use. This makes them particularly suitable for promotional campaigns, events, and short-run product launches where efficiency and presentation are equally important.
In addition to matt lamination, we also offer a soft-touch lamination option, providing a premium velvet-like feel that enhances the overall perception of the packaging and is commonly used for higher-end retail or presentation products.
Projects like this demonstrate how digitally printed cartons can combine strong colour impact with practical functionality, allowing brands to produce professional packaging without large minimum order quantities.
