Non personalised products can be returned within 5 working days of receiving the item, where the packaging and product are in the same condition as when received. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected to ensure that it is suitable for resale before a refund is granted. The Client is responsible for a courier fee to return the product.

If a return has been agreed, the product must be returned to Brandpack Ltd. in the same condition.
