Custom Printed Flat Pouches & Sachets
Our custom printed flat pouches, also commonly known as sachets, provide a compact and professional packaging solution for single-use products, samples, powders, food items, cosmetics, supplements, and retail goods. Designed to be lightweight and efficient, flat pouches are ideal where space-saving packaging and strong visual presentation are equally important.

Materials
We offer several material options depending on the required appearance and barrier protection:
Plastic (PP / PET / PE mix)
A durable multi-layer structure providing excellent protection against moisture and air. This is the most commonly used material for food products, powders, liquids, and general retail sachets.
Paper
A paper-based outer layer combined with protective inner films, offering a more natural or kraft-style appearance while maintaining product protection.
Metallic (PP / PET / PE mix)
A high-barrier material with a metallic inner layer designed to protect contents from light, oxygen, and moisture. Often used for coffee, supplements, and products requiring extended shelf life.
Quantity
There is no minimum order quantity.
Unit prices decrease as order quantities increase, as fixed production setup costs are spread across larger runs. This allows you to start with smaller quantities and scale as your product grows.
Printing
All flat pouches and sachets are printed using full colour CMYK wrap printing, allowing complete design coverage across the entire pouch surface. This enables detailed branding, product information, and high-impact graphics without colour limitations.
Available Options
A range of optional features can be added depending on how your sachets will be used:
- Rounded corners for a softer retail finish
- Easy-open tear notches
- ZIP closure for resealable applications
- Clear window option (available on plastic materials)
- Hole punching for hanging display (Euro slot or round hole)
- Degassing valve for products such as coffee
Artwork Guidelines
For best results, artwork should be supplied at 300 dpi or as vector files to ensure sharp, high-quality printing. If required, our team can assist with artwork setup to make sure your design is production ready.
