Our branded shipping or mailing boxes are printed in full colour CMYK on a sturdy corrugated board. Now available in quantities as low as 50 boxes and on a fast production lead time of only 7-10 days delivery to anywhere in Ireland. The pricing for short-run boxes (less than 500 units) is available in the price guide, these boxes are UV or flexo printed depending on the quantity, we also offer offset printing in larger quantities. We have a range of standard keyline sizes in the FEFCO 427 mailing box model, this is a classic hinge style box that is easy to fold and has a front closing flap and is the most popular model for ecommerce boxes. The boxes can also be supplied with a return strip for those ecommerce brands offering online returns. We can provide custom shapes and keylines on a quotation basis, and we also offer inserts and cut-outs.
These boxes can be wrapped in a full colour design, so you can get very creative with your company's branding. Once an order is placed, you will receive the keyline for the selected size from prepress where you can add your graphics and branding. Alternatively, you can work with our design team on the branding of your boxes.
The boxes are available in white or brown. The price guide is for printing one side (CMYK 4/0) but we can print on both sides (CMYK 4/4) on a quotation basis. For those looking for something extra stylish and unique, we have a white ink printing option.

Our shipping and mailing boxes can be printed in black only or in full colour CMYK.
CMYK is the colour space used in printing and stands for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Key (Black). Using a combination of these 4 inks in the CMYK colour space enables vibrant full colour printing of your boxes.
We can print the boxes UV, flexo or offset when quantities are above 500 boxes.
Order quantity is an important consideration in deciding on your product packaging boxes. The more boxes you order (higher order quantity), the lower the price per box. This is due to fixed prepress, production and shipping costs.
Our minimum order quantity is 50 boxes.
We offer a full design service, including dieline creation and 3D mockups.

Our box printing services include 1 hour box design or typesetting. If your box design is a straight forward typeset and design requirement, with existing logo and brand graphics, there will be no additional design charge.
Once the job has moved through the prepress stages and the artwork and mockups or samples have been approved the job enters production. Our production lead time on shipping boxes is approximately 7-10 working days for short run standard sizes and 4-6 weeks for longer run custom sizes.
The boxes are shipped flat for transportation.
